Enjoyed my time here. But, hectic environment where management lacks transparency - which genuinely might be because they have no clue what is going on themselves. "Best we can do is you'll find out in a couple of weeks." Great pay structure, with little to no emphasis on development or promoting their own high performers. Drastically changing their process and headcount in April 25.

Seemed too good to be true and it was. Thought I was at a booming Startup that I'd stay at for a while and develop in my career. - Barely got any training. - Management is as inexperienced as the people they are managing. - Promised once you get enough promotion points and hit 100% you get promoted to Account Executive.
