Seemed too good to be true and it was. Thought I was at a booming Startup that I'd stay at for a while and develop in my career. - Barely got any training. - Management is as inexperienced as the people they are managing. - Promised once you get enough promotion points and hit 100% you get promoted to Account Executive. Had probably 85% of BDR's at that point and waiting for a promotion for months and some well over a year and they ended up just laying all of us off.

Overall experience was negative. huge disparity in how leads are distributed. clear favoritism and antiquated business practices. This product entered into a crowded market. The clients in the S of SMB tend to like the product, but there's no way to hit revenue goals with the sales cycle length and average deal size. Most AEs hit anywhere between 10-25% of their quotas and live off of their base.
