Sales leadership is Great overall, it seems they all try to align with what's best for the company and employees. most of the time. Have seen AE's come and go, people laid off, and tons of transparency from the CEO in terms of what goes into those decisions etc. Company not as known in the industry but is actively trying to position themselves as a top-ranking product/service amongst their competition. BDR team and management is also great - tons of transparency, and room to get better.

Leadership has led the organization astray, unfortunately. The core products are the best in market, but leadership is focused on being a 'technology company' vs. a services company. Quite unfortunate.
