Incentives could definitely be structured better and better aligned with the outcome + work they ask us to do. However, I'm a consistent top 2 performer in the SDR team so incentive is decent if you have the ability to book 10+ meetings. The culture, people & professional development is really good. For me, it doesn't feel like a job or a toxic culture being there. I like my co-workers and the comradery.

Still new but overall great place to work with a good livable base (could be higher) but the commission structure and ability to earn is great with great learning environment with leaders.

software is under developed and not really solving anything. Base compensation is high, but margins to earn on closed won accounts is low. Hard work doesnt really pay off here.
