Company is a great place to start and begging understanding the corporate world. Being they were known for selling tv advertising they have had to make a pivot to digital and haven’t worked out all of the kinks. Still an older feel kind of company that needs to be modernized.

Misrepresented expectations of the job during interviews, 4 rounds of interviews, never once mentioned the expectations were to handle the entire lifecycle of the sale, from lead gen, prospecting, closing, manging, and collecting payment, no support provided, and half of schedule is taken up with needless meetings, and 3 days a week in office just to "show face" and...Read More

Cox has been a great company to work for, I like the culture and the training I have received. The core products fit into the market well. The diversity of options to sell make it a unique learning experience for any sales rep. I would like to have a more consistently focused sales product that shows the end user a more visible presence of results for the company...Read More
