It was pretty much a free for all, where the only way to really get quota was to help a lot of new customers and to also include new sales into bill-lowering offers, only 2 strategies that worked.

Enjoyed my team there. Really helped me to start my sales career going from a super introverted person to an outgoing sales Rockstar that could sell telecommunication services to you with melting ice cream and 3 screaming kids in the cart

They know the industry is churn and turn so they turn a blind eye to many agent activities which sets an unattainable bar for many reps to try and follow.

Good company to work for with opportunities to grow. However, targets are aggressive and compensation does not match the level of client selling to and value of contract securing.
