Fundraising required for RMO staff. Full salary comes from money raised personally. Ratings aren’t exactly aligned with relevant categories. Fundraising training is top notched but being initial training your support can vary.

Hard to rate since we're fundraisers. We have to raise a certain amount monthly (and maintain it). There is a cap on our salary set by the board. All understandable. The fundraising training is top notch from seeking new accounts to maintaining them, but there's not really a vertical ladder to climb to make more money if you're a top performer.
