Current Employee Hard to rate since we're fundraisers. We have to raise a certain amount monthly (and maintain it). There is a cap on our salary set by the board. All understandable. The fundraising training is top notch from seeking new accounts to maintaining them, but there's not really a vertical ladder to climb to make more money if you're a top performer.
