The product itself is a great fit for the market and the tech is strong, but the leadership is very weak and they do not know how to treat employees. Benefits are lackluster and the PTO is a joke (you only get 12 days and a lot of federal holidays aren't given). If you can deal with nightmare leadership and the constant change of a start up, and are ok having anxiety everyday about being laid off then this is the place for you.

Solid product market fit but the executive leadership is very very week here which makes it not the friendliest for sellers.

Cynet is a laughable organization. It’s a horrible place to work, leadership is incompetent, and expectations are unrealistic. CEO is clueless, and new leaders are cycling in every 4-6 months. Product is uncompetitive and cheap. I would encourage everybody to stay away from this place, regardless of the role.
