Former Employee My direct manager was great - although there were some gaps in our overall go-to-market direction and how current customers leveraged us. We changed the personas in the beginning of the year (along with rebranding a specific product) and I think that hurt our inbound lead flow.
Pay is great and our direct manager is also fantastic who is in the trenches with you. But again, making significant pivots like re-brand, changes to target persona, really hurts prospecting. Browse Other Reviews
