Very hard to make money and hit quota. Most sellers last less than a year, there's only a small group of sellers who joined during the early stages of the company, and have the best accounts. But even they are unhappy about career progression.

My direct manager was great - although there were some gaps in our overall go-to-market direction and how current customers leveraged us. We changed the personas in the beginning of the year (along with rebranding a specific product) and I think that hurt our inbound lead flow.
