Former Employee toxic work culture with poor leaders, nepotism, favoritism and shady practices. low base salary and commission structure is not competitive to the market. Takes a long long time to build livable income. Expensive insurance premiums. Getting more and more micromanaged and KPI’s hard to obtain with the market and you are punished regardless. Unlimited “RTO” but you are discouraged to use it and there are unspoken rules about how much you should use in your first year, etc. Fully on site even though the job can easily be done from home. No work life balance and No DEI and racism is present
