Current Employee I've been here for 1.5 years and never knew how much turnover was in this industry. Reps come and go quite literally every week. Tough market right now, so if you don't have a good community or know a bunch of realtors that will bring leads, you're going to struggle. Commission only compensation, and the percentage per house isn't good unless you're selling in the more expensive neighborhoods. Also, this job is like 3 in 1. There is SO MUCH admin work. In this role you work weekends, with 2 days off during the week. You get one weekend off a month, but you have to work your normal days off during the week to get it. In the neighborhood you get assigned, you usually have a partner who is selling against you. The community office has to be open every day, so if you want to take a vacation but your partners already out, they won't let you take vacation. You work every Holiday except the big 3. Top performers work 7 days a week. If interviewing, ask which community you'll be placed in. For the most part, I'd avoid. Browse Other Reviews
