Very challenging Sales job, brand is not known, you sell always twice to the customer and internally, governance is setting you up for underperformance.

All the potential in the world…tons of talent and expertise…culture was poor and the extensive red tape that was necessary to navigate in order to even pursue revenue was unfathomable. In fairness, I have heard that this has improved. I could not, in good conscience, lead my team during the period I was there in the way that I was being asked to do so.

Leadership often blames sales for their own short comings and inability to be effective. They drive outcomes that are less than advantageous. Then go after the symptoms not the root cause of issues.

Your success depends on which accounts you sell to and what you sell as some offerings and Practices are complete rubbish/vaporware where as some products/services/offerings are solid and their capabilities are the best out there.
