Current Employee DXC has the capability to be a genuinely compelling systems integrator with a strong portfolio and access to major enterprise accounts. The problem is the internal complexity with layers of governance, red tape and endless approvals that make it painful to navigate and slow to execute.
The incentive structure feels designed to tie your arms and legs behind your back while still demanding you hit aggressive targets. Deal recognition is factored to within an inch of its life so even when you close something big the credit you see is often a fraction of the actual value. All the while the pressure to hit quota never lets up.
If DXC simplified internally and aligned incentives properly it could be a much stronger and more rewarding place to sell. Unfortunately you will spend most of your time battling internal governance instead of closing deals
