Great at the beginning, terrible at the end, their unclear about their goals.

BEWARE: Good company but the constant amount of changes in the sales team will make your head spin. Quota and KPI’s they focus on change every 3-5 months. Most recently (Jan 2024) BDR’s are now paid commission on contracts signed not meetings or opportunities, this is uncommon and unjustified, we now depend on AE’s closing deals for our commission??
