Disgruntled for a reason* not to be overlooked

Before they laid off 98% of their sales team - the numbers were very high and goals were unattainable generally speaking aside from 2-3 reps as outliers who were not consistently hitting. They now advertise on LinkedIn that everyone hits. I was personally a strong performer there and felt like I got burned (and burned out) - I wouldn't recommend working for this leadership team.

Since my tenure, I’ve always met or exceeded our sales targets. The majority of negative reviews about the sales org have been from disgruntled AEs who were let go during the massive RIF in February.

Sales targets & commissions have been revamped and are 100% attainable.
