Extremely toxic culture. OTE is frequently moved, and existing data is poor. Benefits are awful.

Great product market fit. Very fast sales cycle compared to other tech sales roles. Lot's of opportunity to grow, but may take longer than other companies because they higher externally for lots of mid level roles.

BEWARE: Good company but the constant amount of changes in the sales team will make your head spin. Quota and KPI’s they focus on change every 3-5 months. Most recently (Jan 2024) BDR’s are now paid commission on contracts signed not meetings or opportunities, this is uncommon and unjustified, we now depend on AE’s closing deals for our commission??
