Dandy has a very good sales team with great leadership. The pay is great with awarding accelerators. Quotas are mostly attainable and leadership has adjusted them if there is an issue. The product is great and has a fantastic market fit. The main issue is that higher level leadership likes to make decisions top down without consulting anyone on the ground. Often the changes to structure or systems have felt very out of touch.

Awesome. I have loved being a BDR at Dandy. If you put your head down and work, you will hit quota. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and acheivement.
