Former Employee The product and mission have potential, but leadership in marketing/alliances is toxic. The leader operates with an air of superiority, creating a culture where collaboration and respect take a back seat to ego. Instead of building people up, she tears them down, which drives talented people away and poisons team morale. It feels less like leadership and more like managing through fear and arrogance. Until this changes, it’s hard to recommend Datadome as a healthy environment for growth.
