Recently acquired by IBM. My role changed 3 times in 7 months. Territory 4 times. Maybe they'll improve now that they're under the IBM umbrella.

Great people to work with and great product but sadly, awful leadership that changes direction over and over again based on whats hot in the market without solidifying GTM and product market fit

Don’t believe any 5 star reviews about this company posted anywhere. Especially if they praise leadership. Well known internally that leadership is a dictatorship. Chet’s way or the highway. He/DataStax force their people to leave good reviews. Good pay and good product, but everything else sucks.
