Lack of control on timing of consumption for your quota

Lost their way in the midst of AI spent too much time working on internal forecast, sales ops = blind leading forecast and comes up with next best spreadsheet to pin on forecast accuracy. Territory management is a mess, overhiring for roles that doesn’t make sense, attrition all time high, senior execs are leaving one after another.
