Conservative company. Good if you want to stick around for a while with above average salary. If you want to make big bucks - may be not.

Not directly in sales team. Sales effort is highly decentralised and not properly distributed + incentivised between all the business units. Highly suggest to dig into comp plan, % of individuals who've met OTE, and whether or not you will have any sales support or would be left alone.
