Current Employee1.6Sep 19, 2024My overall experience has been dreadful. Their email data center is in India and it takes forever to write an email. They use the free version of Hubspot and do not give you a compensation plan. You have no idea what you will be paid on a deal. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in 20 years. Do not work at Datamatics unless you are desperate.

Former Employee1.9Jul 31, 2024it was likely great for those in India. Not great for those in US - unless you can speak Hindi, which was done frequently by those in leadership positions to mask conversations.
