The 'Sales Executive' is Account Management with very little new business involved and the compensation structure reflects that. The culture is that of a recruitment firm without the high earning potential. There's a huge 'Kool-Aid Culture'. Zero upward mobility and facing huge pressures currently.

The team and manager I worked with were amazing. very fast paced sales environment, which can get stressfull in peak times. I enjoy it very much, not very high tech product.

Great product with a constant market, commission plan is weak and can take a while to make real money here. Amazing people working here and a lot of perks in terms of client entertainment!
