Current Employee Not offering top sales professionals equity incentives or locking in top talent with increased commission potential and proper salary promotions has been a big miss for the organization. Great leadership, but the bottom line has been squeezed by private equity and by wavering in the M&A market the last few years, top sales reps are feeling this within the org and have started to leave.
