The market fit for external audit is great but practically no one reaches the target due to market saturation within the external audit sector. The lack of product development severely limits sales opportunities to similar industries.
With these problems, be sure that management will not offer you any help. Their clear lack of experience in sales is evident through a lack of support and counterproductive decisions like micromanagement, reactive decisions and compensation cuts, exacerbating challenges for AEs.
The team's morale is at rock bottom. Don't expect a high-energy and electric sales environment.
The only positive thing is that it is a very international office with many young people.
