Great company, with an excellent product, made great by the individuals who work there. Sadly, there is 0 progression within sales here, and the compensation structure is not competitive compared to market rates.

Positive training ground if you want to move up, lots of markets around the world for multilingual people. Compensation could definitely be better and it’s below market value but it’s expected as the product isn’t Saas.

My overall experience was good. I was managing a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners and growing their revenue, while minimising churn rates. Overall, pay was slightly below benchmark in the country, however there were opportunities to grow and get pay raises.
