Current Employee The comp plan is good with an above market base. The product is fantastic and is something that enterprise companies really need.
The biggest challenge is Marketing and getting a good flow of quality leads. If your willing to put in the effort to prospect your accounts you can do well but, if you prefer a flow of inbound leads, you are going to struggle.
If you self-reliant, you'll do fine. If you need to be spoon-fed, you'll find it hard going.
