Back to ReviewsFormer Employee This is the worst-run sales team and company I have ever seen. The CEO believes he can do no wrong and thinks that his sales process is the greatest thing to happen. It really is just a glorified call center that they try to disguise with good benefits and a high base salary. If you try to do anything outside of the 75 cold calls a day and zero inbound leads then you will be let go without warning and zero explanation. I would not recommend this company to even sales people who first starting out, because they would have the worst first experience that would ruin their future careers. If you're an experienced salesperson stay as far away as possible, you will lose any talents or skills you've gained over the years and become a sales robot with awful scripts and zero process. They don't even have a CRM! You are not incentivised at all to be creative or strategic. They try to pretend to follow the setter model, but it's no where close to that system. Everyone is just cold calling and forcing products on people.
