Former Employee Diamanti’s product was best suited for organizations running on-prem Kubernetes deployments facing performance bottlenecks due to their existing infrastructure. This addressed a highly specific use case, which often could be resolved by migrating workloads to the cloud—something many prospects were already considering.
Over time, there was a strategic pivot to position the solution as “Kubernetes made easy,” especially through OEM partnerships offering a turnkey, high-performance Kubernetes experience. However, in practice, it was challenging to generate pipeline outside of that narrow fit. Prospects not already using Kubernetes often lacked awareness of its value, and we had limited enablement material to effectively educate them. Conversely, prospects who were already using Kubernetes were typically more advanced and often had deeper technical expertise than our sales and technical teams could confidently support.
