Dice is an excellent place to be. While they haven't innovated much over the years, what they do offer is sufficient for any rep to beat quota and earn a really great living. Recent leadership changes were impactful and well thought out, the 2025 leadership was the best during my tenure.

Limited room for growth. Training is few and far between. Not many folks are hitting quota and lead flow is extremely slow. Marketing keeps saying it’s coming but that was 10 months ago
