Excellent lead gen. Familiar name in the space. Easy to sell. Pay was pretty low comparatively but the company got totally merged with indeed and not sure a Glassdoor branch Even exists anymore. Pay went down even more with the merger. Culture was great though and it was remote which is always a plus.

Everybody is gone. Glassdoor merged with Indeed and laid off all GD employees in July.

Anyone have any insight as to why the comp plans for the NAM roles are so odd? I was told they are a 60/40 split of base/total OTE and the highest tier is a 230k'ish OTE for the highest role in the org. Can anyone give me any insight to this as this seems low and doesn't align w/ Indeed OTEs?
