DigiCert used to be an amazing 5/5 star company to work for. Recent org restructures and upper level management changes have challenged the culture and crippled go to market success. However, the product is on its way to being amazing once some kinks are worked out, and I'm sure things will get better in time. Hopefully the culture reverts and the compensation structure is adjusted to match market rates, especially for veteran staff.
