Overall it's a great company. The job is nice, and selling to existing customers is a perk. I'm on the low end of OTE (first closing role), but with doing as well as I am, hope to get a bump. In previous years, reps were crushing their numbers and comp, but this year they changed things, so it's been tougher. I hope they see how hard it's been, and go back to incentivizing us again

A lot of change, but confident the company is in a good spot. Great leadership and compensation. Could have better lead flow.
