Overall my experience at Dispatch was an incredibly formative time in my career. It's a company that oozes potential and growth opportunity, if only they could harness what they have. Unfortunately to date, they've not done that. Still a strong future for the company, but as a salesperson it lacks

Be very careful on working here and get all the honest details in the interview process on compensation/OTE, base salary and who is actually hitting these numbers. Leadership is out of touch with the talented sales team members and how people are really feeling.
