Current Employee Venture funded company with a great CMS platform for healthcare but AE Sales comp package is below avg. Sales ops is more focused on inbound than outbound but lead flow isn't enough to support a full quota rep. Plan on sharpening your prospecting skills, but nobody here knows how to execute on outbound at a high level. Good company culture and remote work first with shared office space if you're near HQ.
