Zocdoc slashed our compensation plan after our team broke records on activations. This while paying on the very low end of base salary. If you enjoy crushing it, to hear them boast of all the ARR, and then cut your pay, this is for you! Remote, quota attainment, and inbounds all positives though.

My overall experience was okay, terribly low base salary and very little to no growth opportunities. Could be laid back as long because of the heavy inbound flow
