Current Employee In my experience, the company heavily promotes its core values and positive culture. However, the reality behind the scenes is very different. The higher up you move in the company the more you realize it's all smoke and mirrors. Many of the core values aren't actually practiced during the day to day operations. At higher levels, the environment is more cutthroat and even top performers will lack job security if you the wrong senior manager or director within the company is not in your corner. This disconnect between what the company advertises and what employees actually experience was significant and concerning.
