My overall experience at DrFirst was very mixed. I was around a ton of brilliant, talented, motivated people who could put out a solid solution but it is not a sales friendly environment. The upper management are not sales people, they do not develop sales people and they don't particularly listen to sales professionals. They force you into quotas without full...Read More

I sold Backline, which is a very weak solution compared to competitors, and the general needs of the marketplace. It is competitively priced to compensate for the above. We were not permitted to sell the other DrFirst solutions which have better market fit. I do not recommend selling Backline.
