When I joined the organization it was immediately apparent there was a lack of direction and that leadership had no real Idea how to drive an effective sales organization. I was at the company for just over a year and there were two SEPARATE rounds of layoffs where 10% of the company showed up to find out they were being let go immediately. One of these rounds of layoffs was 2 business days before SKO and "leadership" (think C-Level) then proceeded to trash talk some of those who were let go to those of us who were at SKO.

Pros: Dragos has a mission that matters — protecting critical infrastructure. The OT security platform is strong and respected in the market. Some great people on the ground level who care deeply about the work. Cons: Executive leadership is disconnected from field realities. Strategic direction changes frequently. Sales guidance lacks clarity and consistency.
