Mediocre at best. The training at the beginning was great but once training was over you are given a bunch of expired leads that have been called on repetitively for years and expected to make 100-125 dials per day. Even on days when you are out facing customers, dials are still expected when you may not be in office for more than a day. There was no travel reimbursement either.
