interesting job. I wouldn't recommend it to 99% of the people I know. It takes a lot of grit and emotional EQ. Just an absolute hellscape. When I was there, only about 10-15% of reps they hired on a given year made it to their 1 year anniversary. Rest were quit or fired. During peak of covid, they told employees they were only going to work 4 days a week, reducing their base by 20%, but they could still work that open day.
