Does Dude Solutions offer some WFH options or remote for their sales roles?

Dude does offer WFH and/or remote but will have to be worked out with your manager. If you are hitting numbers, you will have more leeway but if you are not hitting, you will need to be in the office more often for some training/guidance, etc. So the answer is yes/no/maybe.

There is absolutely a WFH policy and it is something that is set per department.  The organization sees this as a value-add for employees and is continuing to refine it to make it more available and fair for all employees.

Yes, absolutely. Right now the WFH policy for SDRs has been scaled back slightly in that there are no preset days to WFH. Which is reasonable and understandable by many of us in light of the fact that we have all new managers that have now put a solid program foundation in place. We needed to be here as a team because everything was new.

But we are encouraged to ask to WFH any time we need it. I have never been denied the ability to WFH when I ask to do so.

Yes, also per covid everyone is working from home and there has been not been a let down of productivity. I see this as becoming to some degree more permanent per the vision of Ed and other leadership.

Everyone is WFH during covid. WFH is supposed to be for the entire org 2 days a week, but is only given to senior employees who are hitting their numbers or well liked.

there has been a work from anywhere policy in place but due to covid-19 everyone has been working remote recently
