A good fit for sellers with 0-5 years of experience. Past that there are very few opportunities for excellence. 50%+ of reps are missing quota while the same top 5-10 reps excel - strictly because there is not enough to go around. Product development is stagnant and focused on retaining and transforming legacy rather than new business.

My overall experience was good. Leadership is great, however there are chnages coming from the Siemens ownership that make me concerned for the future.
