Past that there are very few opportunities for excellence. 50%+ of reps are missing quota while the same top 5-10 reps excel - strictly because there is not enough to go around. Product development is stagnant and focused on retaining and transforming legacy rather than new business.

Some of the benefits are great, but lots of times I feel like I am not supported on my team and the culture could definitely be better post acquisition.
