My experience was mixed. There was a number of great people working in individual contributor roles. Leadership at all levels was in need of improvement on several of the teams. There was a lot of favoritism during my time there. When I came into my territory I found out that the previous rep (in a new territory) was able to keep all opportunities at any stage for an indefinite timeframe so long as any contact was made.

it was evident they didn’t know what they wanted to be. There was continuous change and confusion. In 2 years time the company hired a CMO, rebranded, fired senior leadership, and then was sold to a larger company who made additional cuts and cultural changes.
