My overall experience is the organization has great products they offer in the marketplace and are often the premium solution but the downsides are the products are expensive and the base pay is very low compared to other organizations. Commission payouts are among the best I've seen (when goals are hit) but overall only about 1/3 of reps are hitting their quotas.

OTE is well below what others offer. Base is okay but still on the lower end. Very few people hit quota. Insurance is a high deductible only plan. The product in my vertical needs work. The Siemens acquisition does show upside but still too early to tell.

Education vertical New Customer Acquisition team struggles selling a cmms to a crowded space with a cmms that lacks certain features. Siemens now owns Brightly and they have the worst benefits of any company I’ve ever seen. They use outdated software and issued old used laptops for employees. Brightly was great until they came along.
