My overall experience is the organization has great products they offer in the marketplace and are often the premium solution but the downsides are the products are expensive and the base pay is very low compared to other organizations. Commission payouts are among the best I've seen (when goals are hit) but overall only about 1/3 of reps are hitting their quotas.

Leadership leftover from Brightly is great. It will be a shame it Siemens pushes them all out.
