the product is trying to do too many things without focus. New marketing automation was launched just a year ago, and now launching search. Lack of focus. No SDKs for app focused clients as well

Integration with Mastercard has proven challenging. New SEs hired after the MC acquisition have a "typical" corporate annual bonus instead of an OTE compensation structure.
